Our Services
Supporting Your Mental Health Through Mind–Body Integration
At Mind Body Psychologist, we offer personalized therapy that supports healing, growth, and resilience—by honoring the connection between the mind and body. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, or relationship challenges, our approach is tailored to meet your individual needs.
We provide therapy for adolescents and adults, both in-person at our offices in Camberwell and Richmond, VIC, and online via Telehealth for clients across Australia.
🌱 Therapy App roaches We Use
We believe in matching the therapy to your unique needs. Our integrative approach combines evidence-based therapies with a holistic understanding of healing.
At Mind Body Psychologist, we know that no two people are the same—and neither is the path to healing. That’s why we don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, we thoughtfully integrate a variety of evidence-based therapies and mind–body practices, personalizing each session to meet your unique emotional needs, history, and goals.
Our work is deeply relational—we value trust, warmth, and collaboration as the foundation of meaningful therapy. From the first session onward, we create a space where you can feel safe, supported, and empowered to make lasting change.
🌿 Schema Therapy
We use Schema Therapy to help uncover and heal deeply rooted emotional patterns formed in early life. These patterns—called "schemas"—often drive our self-talk, reactions, and relationship dynamics. Through this approach, we help you better understand and reshape these core beliefs so you can live more freely and authentically.
🌱 Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
ACT encourages you to move toward your values, even in the face of difficult thoughts or emotions. It’s about building psychological flexibility—developing the capacity to sit with discomfort, while still taking action toward what truly matters to you.
🧘♀️ Mindfulness-Based Therapies
Mindfulness helps you become more present, aware, and emotionally regulated. By learning to observe thoughts and feelings without judgment, you can create space between impulse and action—allowing for more conscious, values-aligned choices.
🧠 Somatic Therapy & Imagery Rescripting
Emotional pain is often held in the body. Somatic techniques help release stored tension, trauma, and emotional blockages. One of the approaches we use—Imagery Rescripting—allows clients to revisit painful memories and reprocess them in a safer, more empowered way, promoting both cognitive and bodily healing.
💬 Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
CBT is a structured, short-term therapy that helps you identify and change unhelpful thinking patterns and behaviours. It’s especially helpful for anxiety, depression, and stress management.
